Your Role
As our Social Media Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and sharing Amazon's voice in the digital landscape. You'll be responsible for creating engaging content, developing innovative social media campaigns, and driving customer engagement across platforms. This position is perfect for a strategic thinker who is both creative and analytical.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Amazon’s business goals.
- Manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok, ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) that engages and captivates our target audience.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Track social media analytics and performance metrics to refine strategy and enhance visibility and engagement.
- Oversee social media advertising strategy, targeting, and budget management to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, public relations, and customer experience to ensure cohesive storytelling.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously innovate our approach.
- Create social media user guides and training materials to assist team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand our reach and advocacy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proficient in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
- Strong creative writing and graphic design skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, adjust to changes quickly, and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and SEO best practices.
